New	Item is brand new, unopened, and functions exactly as it would straight from the manufacturer. No previous use or wear.
Pre-Owned- Patient Ready	Item has been thoroughly inspected, tested, and certified by a qualified biomedical engineer to meet specific safety and performance standards.
Pre-Owned- Refurbished	Professionally restored item that has been thoroughly inspected, repaired, and tested. Guaranteed to function like new with potential minor cosmetic imperfections. All critical components have been repaired or replaced to ensure full functionality.
Pre-Owned- Good Condition	Fully operational item with minimal signs of previous use. All primary and secondary functions work perfectly. May have slight cosmetic wear but does not impact performance.
Pre-Owned- Untested	Item appears structurally sound and intact, but we have not personally verified its complete functionality. Sold with the understanding that additional testing or potential repairs might be necessary.
Pre-Owned	Standard second-hand item with typical signs of use. Functions adequately but shows more noticeable wear and potential minor performance limitations.
Fair	Item works, but may have significant wear or minor functional limitations. Requires some compromise from the user but remains basically operational.
As is	Item has significant functional issues and is primarily valuable for parts, components, or potential repair. Not recommended for direct use without substantial work or technical expertise.

 

Cosmetic Conditions

New, in original packaging	Item is completely pristine, untouched, and still sealed in its original manufacturer's packaging. No signs of handling, opening, or wear.
New, out of original packaging	Brand new item that has been removed from original packaging. Absolutely no signs of use, wear, or handling. Looks completely pristine but not in factory-sealed packaging.
Great	Item shows minimal to no visible signs of wear. Appears almost like new with only the most subtle indications of previous handling. No significant scratches, marks, or blemishes.
Good	Item has light cosmetic wear typical of gentle use. May have minor surface scratches or slight aesthetic imperfections that do not detract significantly from its overall appearance.
Fair	Item shows noticeable wear and cosmetic imperfections. Multiple scratches, scuffs, or marks are visible. Looks used and shows clear signs of previous handling, but remains structurally intact.
As is	Item has significant cosmetic damage or wear. Multiple substantial scratches, dents, discoloration, or other visual imperfections. Appears heavily used or potentially rough condition. Sold strictly for its functional value or parts, with no guarantee of aesthetic appeal
