The Olympus MAJ-1085 is a DISS (Diameter Index Safety System) medical gas pipeline adapter that connects a facility's wall or pipeline medical gas supply to Olympus CO2 insufflation equipment. It is the interface that lets an endoscopy suite run insufflation off pipeline gas instead of a cylinder.
